This is my review of the last book in the starlight cove series: The Lighthouse Keeper . On reading that review I realised that for once, I really accurately depicted what I thought of the book. It is a pretty nice review if I do say so myself(I have to! because I did actually feel good on re-reading it). There is also another reason I mention that review is because can also describe this book the same way.
It is a very thorough book when it comes to talking about running a winery, delves into historical references and throws in interpersonal relationships as well. While trying to incorporate so many different angles, the leading lady Abby Harrington is not lost in it all. She is at the forefront of all the on-going events as she struggles with recent revelations and the number of things at stake. Her family runs a prominent winery in Starlight Cove but they have more than one enemy in this book and they all seem to be hunting simultaneously. Abby’s personal and family life is also in conflict but things do get better,
It is a definite must-read for those who like a bit of multi-character stories with more than one story within it. I read it through my KU account but will update my KU reading list with my next review.
P.S: This is a pre-scheduled post that I am setting to post when I am travelling, I might get to the comments a little later than usual but I will be (probably more than) periodically checking the blog.
